Also this year, the S AM Swiss Architecture Museum will be taking part in the Museums Night Basel. On January 19, numerous museums and cultural institutions will be offering a full program from 6 PM until 2 AM. As part of the exhibition 'What if', S AM is opening the X-Files of unrealised architectural projects and inviting visitors to transform discarded models into new projects.

6–10 PM: Re-Model
What potential is there in rejected architectural designs or models? The S AM invites you to convert, extend, and expand on discarded architectural models.
7–11 PM: X-Files. The truth is in there
Lost, rejected, stalled, changed... The muddled stories surrounding unrealized Swiss architecture projects are cleared up based on evidence from the archives.
