DISCOVERY TOURS for schools, kindergartens and day centres
TOUR 1: ART IN THE PUBLIC SPACE
Art in the public space exists, moves, ceases to be and irritates. It is there in the form of discreet (but also loud and major) interventions. This tour makes the familiar appear in a new light, sharpens perception, and offers an invitation to wander the city with a different view and new perspectives.
Duration: 90 minutes
Bookable time slots: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 12 noon / 1 – 5 pm

TOUR 2: BASEL IN THE CHANGE OF TIME - a tour of discovery by drawing
Based on Lucius Burckhardt's definition of the term "stroll science", which encourages people to explore urban space on foot, we set off on a discovery tour through Basel's city center. In your hand luggage: drawing pencil, pad, city map sketch and possibly a camera.

TOUR 3: SUSTAINABLE BUILDING - BUT HOW?
The Lysbüchel site was a purely commercial and industrial area for a long time and is now being converted into a residential area. How can this be done sustainably? We explore the site and look at different approaches to sustainable building.
