A ‘mobile forest’ has been installed in Theaterplatz, the square next to S AM, since spring 2023. It actively counteracts the heat-island effect in summer, in addition to making new, unexpected and spontaneous uses of the square possible. One of these is the unexpected campsite landscape Camping Sunny Side, which the collective Hotel Regina will run from the 19th to the 30th of August as a means of stimulating substantial discourse on the future, the city and housing.
